Robert "Bobby" Wallford is a CIA analyst who goes by the codename Agent Makeshift. Bobby grew up in the Bronx under the thumb of a strict military father, Colonel William Wallford. He currently resides in Manhattan and works as an internal investigator for the CIA, participating in the Aldrich Ames case. He became aware of the unnatural through unusual field reports but has no field experience himself.
