Baki bir araba kazasının ardından gözlerini hastane de açar. İki yanında yatan hastaların ziyaretçileri arasında tek kalır. Üstelik bu ziyaretçilerden biri de ona evlilik teklifi eden arkadaşını görmeye gelen Elif'tir. Ahmet'in evinde yüz yüze geldiklerinde Elif, uzun zamandır sakladığı üzücü bir sırrı açıklamak zorunda kalır.
Baki opens his eyes in the hospital after a car accident. He is left alone among the visitors of the patients lying on either side of him. Moreover, one of these visitors is Elif, who has come to see her friend who proposed to her. When they come face to face at Ahmet's house, Elif is forced to reveal a sad secret she has been keeping for a long time.
