Maddie and her mother are having trouble with their webcam link to Mac, who's on location in the centre of a civil war! Maddie is having computer malfunctions of her own and is shocked to find that a series of aggressive emails have gone out giving students really bad advice, certainly not the advice Maddie posted! Consequently the school is in disarray!
