Als Jesse von Stephanie verlangt, dass sie sich bei einem Jungen entschuldigt, den sie als "Entenkopf" verspottet hat, bringt er sie in eine peinliche Situation... Als Jesse erfährt, dass Stephanie sich aktiv daran beteiligt, wenn ihr Klassenkamerad Walter aufgezogen und geärgert wird, verlangt er von ihr, dass sie sich telefonisch bei dem Jungen entschuldigt. Tatsächlich sagt sie ihm am Telefon, dass es ihr leid tut, ihn Entenkopf genannt zu haben. Nun denkt Walter fälschlich, er habe in Stephanie eine neue Freundin gefunden. Der hingegen ist es äußerst peinlich, dass der "Entenkopf" sich als ihr Freund betrachtet.
Teaser: Joey helps Michelle fix her toy car. Main Synopsis: Jesse tells Stephanie that she must apologize for going along with her classmates in teasing Walter, a kid who wears eyeglasses, but the apology makes Walter think Stephanie loves him, and when Stephanie's friends come over to the house and see Stephanie talking to Walter, they make Stephanie a target for teasing, until Stephanie turns the tables on them, and shows them how it feels to be teased. Meanwhile, at school, D.J. has been assigned to follow and observe a person for a day, then write an essay about that person. D.J. chooses Michelle to be the subject for the essay, and on "Wake Up, San Francisco", Joey fills in for Becky as Danny's co-host while Becky is out of town.
Stéphanie appelle Walter, un garçon très gentil de sa classe, "Face de canard". Jesse l'incite à l'appeler pour s'excuser. Elle le fait et Walter pense alors qu'elle est sa petite amie. Mais quand ses amis le découvrent, ils la taquinent... Pendant ce temps, D.J. observe Michelle réaliser un exposé scolaire, et est impressionnée par la petite personne qu'elle est devenue. Joey quant à lui remplace Becky comme co-présentateur de Danny.
Los compañeros de clase de Stephanie se meten con Walter, un niño con gafas. Ella participa de las burlas, y su tío Jesse le dice que eso no está bien y que debe disculparse con él. Cuando hablan, Walter interpreta erroneamente la disculpa y empieza a creer que Stephanie está enamorada de él. Cuando los compañeros se enteran de eso, Stephanie también se convierte en el blanco de las burlas, hasta que decide plantarles cara.
Mientras D.J. tiene que seguir a una persona durante un día y hacer un trabajo para el colegio sobre esa persona. Elige a Michelle y se pasa el día detrás de ella. Por otro lado, Becky está fuera de la ciudad por unos días, y en Despierta San Francisco ponen como compañero de Danny a Joey.
