Matt is down on the farm this week where the animal health team are looking at some cows that are free from tuberculousis, a disease that can be transmitted to humans in both milk and meat. Chris and food inspector Ben Milligan manage to surprise guests at a Hollywood party in High Wycombe, where the preparations end up coming under the spotlight.

Matt learns more about a countryside crimewave which sounds like something from the 18th century. Brent Council's food inspector Andreas pays a visit to a fishmonger and halal butcher in the local area where he discovers mice droppings and cockroaches.
Mandy from Gravesham is on the trail of a Chinese takeaway who have not been living up to their hygiene rating. Chris meets Sharon from Halifax, who is suffering from a very serious case of salmonella poisoning. Food inspector Russell from Reigate and Banstead Council pays a visit to a pizza delivery company, where he discovers some fridges at the wrong temperature for food safety and a box of chicken wings left underneath the pizza oven as they defrost.
At Gatwick airport, sniffer dog Bindy is on the hunt for meat and dairy products.
