Kaioh kills his own younger sister, Sayaka, and spreads word that Kenshiro is the one behind it. Hyoh is consumed by powerful hatred. Kaioh schemes to bring the main family of the North Star to an end. Right in the middle of the funeral for Sayaka being held in Kaioh's castle, an Asura named Gyoko's battle train crashes in. Gyoko, rolling in front of Kaioh, bears a message from Kenshiro: I am never defeated twice! Hyoh, believing that Kenshiro killed Sayaka, is consumed in powerful hatred upon hearing that, and takes his first step towards the dark world...
Kaio convince Hyo che ad uccidere Sayaka sia stato Kenshiro, per costringerlo ad affrontare il fratello in uno scontro che ucciderà entrambi. Intanto Ken sconfigge Gyoko, un demone grasso che scorrazza su un treno senza binari.
Kaio convence a Hyo de que Kenshiro mató a Sayaka, para obligarlo a enfrentarse a su hermano en una pelea que los matará a ambos. Mientras tanto, Ken derrota a Gyoko, un demonio gordo que viaja en un tren sin vías.
