Richard und Aaron haben den Wagen für 1200 Dollar in Amarillo gekauft, wo er jahrelang in einer Scheune gestanden hatte. Und das sieht man dem Auto auch an: Motor, Getriebe und Karosserie sind in einem desolaten Zustand, beim „Rambler“ ist ganz schön der Lack ab. Ende der 50er stand das „Classic Car“ für Sonne, Strand und Surfen. Und so soll es bald wieder aussehen, falls Chef-Mechaniker Aaron nicht vorher der Geduldsfaden reißt.
