Our alt pasta journey started in Los Angeles, where we visited Night Market Song and Pijja Palace. Here, Action Bronson tried a variety of unique fusion pasta, from Bangkok mall pasta to Malai rigatoni. Then, we headed over to New York City to visit Don Angie’s and Win Son. These locations offered more experimental versions of Italian pasta, like buffalo milk caramelle, and other Asian fusions like Taiwanese noodles. Enjoy!
