Sascha und Anna haben eine Wohngemeinschaft in Berlin. Ihr Nachbar Nic ist in die impulsive Sascha verknallt, sie will aber nichts von ihm wissen. Anna, die eher schüchtern und zurückhaltend ist, findet Nic wiederum toll, doch der nimmt gar keine Notiz von ihr. Als der lebenslustige Amerikaner Sam auftaucht, wird das Leben der drei Freunde auf den Kopf gestellt.
