Raymond ist ein Hund zugelaufen, was Debra gar nicht begeistert. Schließlich machen die Kleinen schon genug Arbeit. Zudem scheint der vierbeinige Familienzuwachs alles andere als pflegeleicht zu sein. Nur Robert ist sofort begeistert von dem Tier. Kaum hat ihm Ray den Hund geschenkt, da taucht auch schon der eigentliche Besitzer auf. Er nimmt den Hund mit, um wenig später zurückzukehren: Irgendjemand hatte das Tier kastrieren lassen, und damit ist er als Zuchttier wertlos.
Ray brings home a stray bulldog that reminds him of the dog he had to give up as a boy due to his allergies, but his brother, Robert, bonds with the animal and the siblings then have to decide who gets to keep him. When the owner of the dog arrives at the Barones' to pick up what turns out to be her prize-winning stud, she discovers that he has been fixed and isn't worth anything to her but that he means everything to Ray and Robert.

Ray leva para casa um bulldog perdido que lembra o cachorro que ele teve que desistir quando menino devido a alergias, mas seu irmão, Robert, se une ao animal e os irmãos precisam decidir quem deve ficar com ele. Quando o dono do cachorro chega aos Barones para pegar o que acaba sendo seu garanhão premiado, ela descobre que ele foi consertado e que não vale nada para ela, mas que ele significa tudo para Ray e Robert.
Ray traz para casa um vira-lata e se lembra do cachorro que ele teve que dar na infância por causa das suas alergias, mas seu irmão Robert começa a gostar do animal e os dois vão ter que decidir quem vai ficar com a mascote.
