เป็นละครที่เริ่มต้นจากอุบัติเหตุในวัยเด็กที่ทำให้ นับดาว ได้พบกับ คิมหันต์ เด็กชายที่ช่วยชีวิตเธอและน้ำฟ้า โดยไม่รู้ว่า เตชิต พ่อของคิมหันต์ทำให้ครอบครัวของนับดาวแตกแยก ทั้งสองพบกันอีกครั้ง แต่จำกันไม่ได้ และเรื่องราวยุ่งเหยิงเมื่อ ปฐวี น้องชายต่างมารดาของนับดาวก็ตกหลุมรักเธอ ความตื่นเต้นและการแก้แค้นเกิดขึ้นเมื่อ มิรันตี แม่ของนับดาวที่เชื่อว่าเสียชีวิตแล้วกลับมาหลังจากที่เธอตกเป็นแพะรับบาปในคดีที่ถูกตัดสินผิด
