Going back to work after having my first son Fraser was THE hardest thing I have ever done in my life and I suffered from A LOT of anxiety. I went back (4 days a week) when Fraser was 10 months and with my second son, Caleb, I went back (3 days a week) when he was 1. I’ve been back at work for two months now and we’re in a good routine so I thought I would share my top tips for returning to work following maternity leave. Good luck.

Well this is actually two birth stories. In this video I cover the birth of both of my sons (at different times, they aren't twins :-) I was extremely lucky that I had a good labour and delivery with both children with no complications. I do feel like my hypnobirthing did help (but then I know no different so I could just be lucky).
Hi Guys, this is how I got my boys to sleep through the night on their own. It wasn't easy at first, but it really paid off. You may lose a little sleep when you start implementing this method but after a week (4-5 days for us they'll hopefully be sleeping on their own!)

Hi Guys - Sorry this is a day late! I didn't do any editing last week when we were away and when I sat down to edit on Sunday night there was 3 hours of footage! Mostly underwater ha ha. The boys are being such characters lately and I love every minute I have with them - even the ones when Caleb is pulling my hair! Ha ha. So my eldest son is 5 (yesterday) we had a lovely party for him with all his little pals on Sunday and he really enjoyed himself, we also bought him a Nintendo Wii as his present and he is thrilled with it! Literally runs home from school to play it. I am feeling mixed emotions with this birthday - 5 just seems like such a big number to me and he is just getting so grown up and big already! We are so proud of him and the kind and clever boy he has become. Soooooo we've been keeping a little secret for a few months and trust me I have been dying to tell you all! I feel some of you may not be surprised, but I am thrilled and over the moon to announce that we are pregnant with baby number 3! Aw what a wonderful Sunday (or Son Day as my hubby and I like to call it) we had today! Fraser has been so unwell and off school for the past 3 days and he was finally feeling a bit brighter today, so we thought a day out as a family was in order. Hi Guys, we have just got back from the most AMAZING holiday in Cyprus. It was our last family holiday as a family of 4 as I am now nearly 24 weeks pregnant. It was also our first time to Cyprus and I can honestly say we will be back. The weather was perfect for kids and it was just stunning (although we didn't really leave the resort :-) xxx
Aw we had a wonderful day in Cyprus! We spend most of our days here so far just eating and swimming. I had a go on the water slides myself - which after - I remembered that I am 23 weeks pregnant and that it might not have been advisable but #yolo! :-) I am also a naughty mummy cause we took Fraser out of school unauthorised for this holiday! Eek, fingers crossed I don't get fined, but family time away (while I can still fly in this pregnancy) is extremely precious. We had a holiday booked for July but I now won;t be able to fly.
So much swimming! We are loving the resort too and eating far too much. Fraser tried out the kids club today and loved it.
Hi Guys, here is our fourth day in Cyprus! Unfortunately it was a little bit cloudy today but at least we found a football pitch and park for the kids to blow off some steam. We also went to the Mexican for dinner and the evening kids entertainment. Another lovely day spent with my boys, they are getting so big and grown up I can't believe it! So we spent the most dreamy day at West Mersea Beach yesterday! We rented a little beach hut called 'Percy' from the little beach hut company and it was wonderful weather. The boys were so excited with the hut and we played all day in the sun making sand castles, having ice cream and going to the park. Hi All! Here is our baby routine for Jackson at 6 months - 9 months old. This video will basically show you his sleeping and feeding schedule for this age. When this video was filmed Jackson was 6 and a half months old. Please remember that I am by no means an expert on sleep or babies! I am just a mum who has experience with 3 babies and what works for our baby may not work for yours and that is completely okay :-) It is also so important to be flexible with your routine and take into account teething, sickness, growth spurts etc. If Jackson really wants feeding or sleeping more often than the below - I let him! xx

This is what the kids eat on an average day and as it is the summer we had a barbecue too and tried out Batman, Superman Burgers and Wonderwoman Burgers and Batman Chipolatas!
