A maximum security penitentiary houses the Sorcerer. With a puff of smoke, he changes into his costume, replete with black cape with crescent moons and stars on it. The Sorcerer vows to escape, and get revenge on the two who put him behind bars-- Electra Woman and Dyna Girl. With another puff of smoke, he disappears. Meanwhile, Lori and Judy, reporters for Newsmakers magazine, are summoned back to Electra-base by an urgent Electra-comp call from Frank. After an Electra-change into their superheroine costumes, Frank tells them the Sorcerer has escaped. They don't have to look for the Sorcerer, he breaks in on the Crime-scope* secret frequency and appears on the screen. The Sorcerer boldly announces he will steal all the gold in Fort Knox. The Crime-scope's screen shows the Sorcerer is heading to the County Museum. Electra Woman and Dyna Girl speed there in their Electra-car.
