Next, we are in Miami, Florida for Cuban cuisine at the Cuban Cube truck sampling a Shrimp Ceviche served in a Fried Plantain Bowl, and a Garlic Flank Steak Sandwich with Fresh Pico De Gallo and Cilantro Mayonnaise. Lastly, we’re in Austin, Texas at the Ice Cream Social bus to try their supersized sundae, The Bajillionaire, featuring eight kinds of ice cream and enough toppings to fill a freezer.
