An intelligence agent spying on a nearby apartment building gets his observations terribly wrong. An intelligence services spy (MI5, CIA, etc) spies on inhabitants of a nearby apartment building. Despite the inhabitants doing things which are mostly normal and harmless, he gets his observations terribly wrong, ultimately ending everyone in a heap of trouble. Mixed into his observations are psychedelic daydreams; pataphorical fizzles, which take each and every apartments’ setting into a whole new universe. Told in a quirky and tongue-in-cheek way, the futuristic drama comments on data protection and privacy in modern society. "Tower-D" by Kent Hugo
