Kazuki is plagued by visions of giant robots that no one else can see. But all the years of ridicule are about to pay off. Before he knows what’s happening, Kazuki gets ensnared by a pretty face, and then a mad scientist’s experiment tosses him into this parallel world! Now the danger is very real and this world is twice as strange as he ever imagined!

Sur un chantier, un ouvrier et son collègue découvrent un artefact d'une ancienne civilisation. 20 ans plus tard Kazuki, un banal étudiant, voit dans le décor de tous les jours des choses que ses camarades ne voient pas. Il est témoin de combats de mécha. S'agit-il d'un rêve ? Existe-t-il un monde parallèle où chacun aurait son double ? Pourquoi ces robots se battent-ils ?

Katsuki Yotsuga è un ragazzo strano: di tanto in tanto ha delle visioni di robot che combattono fra loro, e quando cerca di parlare di questo suo problema con qualcuno, viene reputato un pazzo. L'unica che sembra credere a Katsuki è Mitsuki, la ragazza più carina della scuola che porta il ragazzo dal padre. Il dr. Sanada, padre di Mitsuki spiega a Katsuki che esiste un altro mondo parallelo al nostro, in cui si sta combattendo un'interminabile guerra fra robot, come il ragazzo già aveva visto nelle visioni. Il dr.Sanada ha inoltre inventato un apparecchio in grado di trasferire una persona da un mondo all'altro. Katsuki sta per affrontare la più incredibile avventura della sua vita!

美少女＋メカ、梶原正樹原作の 素晴らしきパラレルワールド！ 四加一樹は、そこらへんにいる高校生とはなんら変わらない少年である。しかし、彼には見えるのであった…眼前で繰り広げる巨大ロボットが！だが、友人たちには一樹のことを「妄想くん」と呼ぶ。そう、一樹以外の人にはそんなものは見えないのだ…。

주인공 요츠가 카즈키의 부친으로 짐작되는 공사장 일꾼("요츠가"라고 불린다)이 건물 터파기 공사 중에 유적을 발견하는데, 일본도 그다지 다르지 않은지, 귀찮게 됐다며 현장소장은 유적을 무시하라고 지시한다(..). 여기서, 출토된 유적의 열쇠를 챙기는 요츠가, 유적의 열쇠를 흙을 실어내는 덤프트럭에 던져버리는 요츠가가 나뉜다. 그리고 22년 후, 열쇠를 버린 요츠가의 시대에서 요츠가 카즈키는 환상을 본다. 고교생인 요츠가 카즈키는 자신에게만 보이는 거대로봇의 환영때문에 주변에서는 이상한 사람 취급을 받고 있었다. 그러던 어느날, 그런 별난 소문을 들은 사나다 미츠키의 눈에 들고, 어쩌다 보니 패러렐 월드, 아마도 22년 전에 열쇠를 챙긴 요츠가의 세계로 날아가게 된다. 패러렐 월드에서 고생하다가, 패러렐의 사나다 박사를 만나 도움을 청하는 카즈키. 그러나 이쪽의 사나다 박사는 전쟁때문에 연구를 진척시키지 못했다. 결국 전쟁을 끝내기 위해서 어쩔 수 없이, 똑같이 이쪽 세계로 날아온 미츠키와 함께, 카즈키는 싸우기 시작한다.

Yotsuga Kazuki não é um garoto normal. Por alguma razão ele vê em sua cidade gigantescos mechas (robôs) lutando e espalhando destruição. Só que existe um problema: eles não existem.
