Wayne, Jonathan and Brad sing a Broadway-style song to a woman celebrating the 5th anniversary of her third marriage. Jonathan and Ryan play "Moving People" with the help of audience members. Everyone gets in the act, playing "Freeze Frame." Wayne and Jonathan play "Kick It," breaking into a rap at Ryan's command.
Colin and Ryan do a game in which they make names of "songs of a farmer" and Jeff, Chip have to perform them. Colin and Ryan do a scene about Nurses, and when inspiration strikes Bob hears a dialogue that's a song title he'll play and that person will perform that song. Drew and Colin perform a scene which Jeff conducts and gets help from the audience for different of genres for Drew and Colin to do, he'll yell freeze and they scene will resume in another Ryan conducts the last game with Drew, Greg, Ryan, Colin, Chip and special guest star Charlie Sheen in which they tell a story collectively by starting with one person and they have to continue where that person left off.
Jeff and Ryan do a game called Sound Effects, Drew takes two members from the audience(Lynette does the sound effect for Jeff and Cooper does them for Ryan). Chip, Brad and Jeff play a game called Hits Compliation with Drew and Ryan giving them song titles by an occupation about a big game hunting. Drew and Kathy play a game and Jeff goes to the audience for ideas for style of theatre, film and television for them to the scene but in different styles. Brad and Ryan play a game called Playbooks, Chip gives Ryan a book which containes all of his lines and Brad has to improvise his lines during the entire scene.
Tonight's episode was taped live at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Featured performers: Drew Carey, Jonathan Mangum, Colin Mochrie, Greg Proops, Brad Sherwood, Ryan Stiles and special guest Wayne Brady. The games include: Freeze Tag, New Choice, Moving People, in addition to Song Styles with an audience member.
Jeff and Jonathan serenade Pam(a woman from the audience) a song about her in the style of a 60's number. Greg and Chip do a scene with different variations of genres by suggestions from the audience. Jeff, Drew, and Chip act a scene like butterflies and Ryan decides if the scene should go in reverse or forward. Greg and Jonathan do a scene about a soap opera at an IHOP, with lines written from the audience.
