Senbei Norimaki, genannt Dr. Slump, gelingt es mit Hilfe seines Sohns Turbo den Dragonballradar zu reparieren. Leider taucht General Blue auf, nimmt Son-Goku den Radar ab und versucht ihn endgültig aus dem Weg zu schaffen. In letzter Sekunde greift Arale ein und kickt den General mit ein paar gezielten Kopfschüssen buchstäblich in die Wüste. Dadurch hat Son-Goku zwar die drei Dragonballs, aber keinen Radar mehr. Turbo bastelt ihm mit seinen telekinetischen Fähigkeiten einen neuen; Son-Goku kann von Pinguinhausen Abschied nehmen. General Blue meldet dem Hauptquartier, dass er den Radar hat, aber nicht weiß, wie er zum Rapport erscheinen soll.
Senbei attempts to fix the dragon radar while Officer Toro stumbles in the coffee shop. Baby Turbo manages to help Senbei fix the radar. Blue arrives and waits for his chance to steal the plane by the family's house. Blue tries to avoid detection from Goku's fixed radar. The police at the station are getting trigger happy. Goku finds Blue by surprise and Blue threatens Arale with a knife in front of the family. Blue stuns Goku and swipes his radar. Before Blue can kill Goku, Arale jumps in and chases him through Penguin village. Meanwhile a small fight occurs between the police and a couple of aliens, mistakenly taken for the Red Ribbon Army. Turbo offers to make a new radar for the one Goku lost. Blue is shown making contact with Red from a desolated area.
Alors que le professeur a des difficultés à réparer le Dragon Radar, son fils qui semble avoir des pouvoirs le répare en utilisant un sort. Son Goku allume alors le radar qui indique la présence de Dragon Balls tout proche de lui et de ses nouveaux amis. C'est en fait Blue qui cherche dans un premier temps à se cacher. Rapidement retrouvé, il prend Aralé en otage pour forcer Son Goku à capituler. Pourtant, le professeur et sa famille ne semble pas très inquiet lorsqu'ils voient Aralé menacée par Blue. Il paralyse alors Son Goku à l'aide de ses pouvoirs psychiques et récupère le Dragon Radar puis s'apprête à réquisitionner l'avion du professeur mais avant cela il doit finir sa mission : se débarrasser de Son Goku.
Baby Turbo riesce ad aiutare Senbei a riparare il radar. Blue arriva e aspetta la sua occasione per rubare l'aereo vicino alla casa della famiglia. Subito dopo Blue, dopo aver minacciato Arale con un coltello, riesce a stordire Goku e a rubargli il radar.
Turbo arregla el Dragon Radar sin que su padre Senbei se de cuenta. Ya con el radar, Gokū se da cuenta de hay una Dragon Ball cerca y comienza a seguir al General Blue sin saberlo. Cuando lo encuentran, Blue toma a Arale como rehén pero su plan falla. Aun así, arrebata el Dragon Radar a Gokū gracias a su poder paralizador e intenta asesinarlo ...
悟空的龙珠雷达又坏了，悟空在企鹅村又不认识去找布玛的路，于是小雨带着悟空去找企鹅村博士，但博士却似乎不会修龙珠雷达。正在博士没有办法的时候，博士的儿子发出超能力修好了雷达。蓝将军为了能偷到飞机去红缎带军团总部，悄悄的来到了博士家，趁大家不注意偷走了博士的一架飞机，悟空也在龙珠雷达上重新发现了龙珠的位置。（《七龙珠》收视率已经连续51周获冠。）
O Radar do Dragão é consertado. Blue chega à casa onde Goku está e lhe toma as Esferas e o Radar. Entretanto, Arale lhe dá um chute que o faz voar até o Egito. Goku então pega de volta as Esferas, e o filho do "gênio" doutor lhe cria uma cópia do Radar.
則巻センベエとターボくんにドラゴンレーダーを直してもらった悟空の前に、またもやブルーが現れた。アラレを人質に取られては、悟空も対抗できない。レーダーを奪ったブルーが、動けない悟空にとどめを刺そうとした時、センベエの一言でアラレが行動を開始する。ブルーはアラレの強さを知らなかったのだ。
Després que en Turbo, el fill del doctor Norimaki, hagi arreglat el radar, el general Blue ha aconseguit paralitzar en Son Goku i robar-li l'aparell per localitzar les Boles de Drac. Ara en Son Goku haurà de confiar en les habilitats de l'Arale per recuperar les tres Boles de Drac i desfer-se del general Blue.
