A killer of young, pretty women strikes again and a police artist's sketch makes Dennis Shothoffer look like Forney's Michael Nouri) chief suspect on a special edition of "Downtown". The killer is known to frequent singles bars to select his victims, whom he later binds with tape before strangling them. When a lonely Shothoffer visits a singles bar and stumbles upon the killer's latest victim, everyone but Forney believes he is the killer.
