Dom Littlewood follows the delivery journey of a pint of the most precious liquid in the world, blood. After witnessing the donation, he joins workers at the Welsh Blood Service who are on a 24-hour deadline to get blood tested and processed, ready for delivery to hospitals across south Wales, where it will save lives.
