    Vito puts in offers on two properties as he continues his quest to find an Italian restaurant to renovate. However, when they become entangled in Italian bureaucracy, he heads to his home town of Benevento, where he hopes to turn a rural eatery into a Tudor dining hall. He also visits a leading British butcher to learn the secret of the perfect steak.

    Vito has returned to the bosom of his family in Benevento, Southern Italy, where he thinks he's found the perfect spot to start a British-themed restaurant. Italian law dictates that the restaurant can only sell local produce, but Vito was hoping his natural charm could get this ruling overturned

    After 18 months of blood, sweat and tears Vito is finally approaching the opening of his dream restaurant with the doors due to open in two days time. But while the light may be at the end of the tunnel the light switches still aren't working. The toilets still aren't finished and the restaurant is, quite frankly, a mess.

Will Vito's Italian staff cope with his British menu, and will the VIP guests give his restaurant the seal of approval? Back in the UK, Vito searches for the best whiskeys in Scotland.
