ＤＩＹ部の『秘密基地』計画は順調に進んでいる。素材、材料を集めて、小物を作って、売って、必要なパーツを買うための資金を得る。まだ、パーツを買うには資金は足りないが、この調子でいけば目標額に到達する日も遠くはなさそうで、せるふたちはますますやる気を出す。せるふは、秘密基地のイラストを描き、イメージをまとめあげる。しかし、そこで問題が発生する。誰も本格的な設計図をひいたことがなかった。さすがに秘密基地ほどの大物を作るとなると、設計図は必要である。天才少女ジョブ子は設計図作りを引き受けるが、難航し……。

DIY부의 '비밀기지' 계획은 순조롭게 진행되고 있었다. 재료들을 모아 소품들을 만들어 팔면서 필요한 부품을 사기 위한 자금을 모은다. 아직 부품을 모두 사기에 자금이 부족하지만 이대로만 가면 목표액에 도달할 날이 머지 않은 듯해 부원들은 점점 의욕이 넘치게 된다. 세루후가 비밀기지의 일러스트를 그려 이미지를 정리하는데 문제가 발생한다. 아무도 본격적인 설계도를 그려 본 적이 없는 것이다. 비밀기지 정도의 건물을 만들려면 설계도는 반드시 필요하다. 천재 소녀 죠브코는 설계도 그리기를 맡지만 난항을 겪게 되는데...
