Starting in Madeira we sail to the Canary Islands and prepare for the ARC-Plus rally to the Cape Verde islands and across to the Caribbean where we explore the Leeward Islands. This season includes three Atlantic crossings including our first long voyage in a catamaran. We also follow the process as we buy a new Southerly 480 in England. We sail the new boat on the south coast and up the Thames River to London. Setting off south we stop at the Channel Islands the sail offshore across the Bay of Biscay to Portugal and on to Gibraltar.
