In this first episode, creative friends Brendan and Chloe's whole house is completely covered in clutter and full to the brim with trinkets and rubbish, not to mention the kitchen, which is not only home to trillions of bacteria, but also a mouse. Meanwhile, Charnel and Luke head to Newcastle to help 21-year-old former fashion student Annie, whose ADHD is a contributing factor to her messy room.
Adam and Charnel head to London, where the writing is on the wall for 18-year-old DJ Jolie, whose bedroom wall has become a graffiti free-for-all.
Lola and Adam come to the aid of Hashu, a 29-year-old from Birmingham. There is also help for Londoner Daniel, whose mother Caroline suffers from MS.
Luke and Charnel meet Becky in Essex, who owns 18 rescue dogs, but her house is suffering. Meanwhile, Adam and Lola are in Nottingham, answering an SOS call from a student.
Lola and Luke head to the home of DJ Nick, whose kitchen is a proper grime scene, while Adam and Charnel take on the house of Liz, who is drowning in clutter.
