石川県で３年前の未解決盗難事件と、それを匂わせる差出人不明の脅迫状について調査する小五郎。調査中に突如コナンが誘拐され、犯人からの要求で依頼人・有原夢乃と昔のバンドメンバーを集めるべく奔走する。一方、コナンは誘拐犯・稲見竜星に誘拐の真意を聞き、過去事件の証拠映像も見せられる。しかし、何者かに追われたコナンと竜星が慌てて逃げ出したのも束の間、車のブレーキが壊されており、ガケから転落してしまう……。
Kogoro is investigating an unsolved theft case from three years ago in the Ishikawa Prefecture when Conan is suddenly kidnapped during the investigation. The kidnapper demands that Kogoro gather the client, Yumeno Arihara, and his former band members. Meanwhile, Conan hears about the true intention of the kidnapper, Ryusei, and they're chased by someone when the brakes on their car are broken and they fall off a cliff...
