Tonight Helge and Nikolaj have been taken to Skødstrup - a little north of Aarhus. Here, winemaker Simon grows white wine on the Solaris grape. Simon is actually a nurse, but spent too much time on the couch when he got home from work. He no longer has that problem - he is alone in growing 3,000 vines.
