Bubber har aldrig forstået, at nogle mennesker kan hade andre udelukkende på grund af deres etniske herkomst eller religiøse tro. Bubber, der selv er halv jøde, bevæger sig ind på den ekstreme højrefløj og kommer tæt på både DNSBs nye formand og en nazistdemonstration i Tyskland. Han må lægge øre til holdninger som "Holocaust var blot en bagatel" og "du som er halv jøde burde slet ikke være her i landet", må Bubber overskride alle grænser for at tage på denne rejse i forsøget på at forstå hadet.
Bubber has never understood that some people can hate others solely because of their ethnic origins or religious beliefs. Bubber, who is half Jewish himself, moves into the extreme right and comes close to both DNSB's new chairman and a Nazi demonstration in Germany.
