When a small puppy falls down a storm drain and the Fire Department cannot rescue him, it is once again up to the Critter Gitters to save the day. With the cooperation of two helpful firefighters, the team works to save the dog before the rising waters of the storm drains carry the helpless puppy away. Extra pressure is added when the school principal, Ms. Tart, shows up on the scene because the kids weren't in class.
