A woman who was about to have husband who has been missing for six years declared dead, asks Harrison and Harry to handle it. In court Harry claims that all evidence points to him being dead. The judge was about to declare him dead when he stands up in court. Now his wife doesn't want anything to do with him and demands a divorce, so in turn demands half of her assets, it seems she started her business with funds from his company. Harrison suggests that they settle but Harry thinking that he is extorting her and wondering how he missed him tries to look into it. He goes to see him at his hotel and there are all sorts of paraphernalia and he filches a coin he has. He later calls his wife and asks her to come over so they can talk.
