Misae seeks help from Shin-chan to look out for a cockroach and chase it away. After a long struggle, they fail to get hold of the cockroach.
Shin-chan helps Hiroshi in washing the car and scrapes the paint. After they finish with the wash, Misae ends up putting a scratch on the car with her bicycle.
Shin chan se disfraza de cucaracha. En casa aparecen cucarachas y Shin chan intenta acabar con ellas utilizando el perfume caro de Misae. Cuando Misae se entera, se enfada muchísimo. Los niños de la guardería pasan por un examen médico donde les miden y les pesan. Los profesores se quedan cerca de Shin chan para que no haga ninguna maldad. Shin chan y Hiroshi limpian juntos el coche de la familia. Shin chan utiliza un estropajo de acero inoxidable para limpiar el coche y Hiroshi ve el resultado, llorando desconsoladamente.
