Misae and Shin-chan stay in door due to a bad weather. Hiroshi returns from work and stays out, as they all fall asleep.
The senior students ask Shin-chan to come after school with his team to play, but Shin-chan acts lazy. The senior students cry over it.
Shin-chan writes a letter to Misae which states that Shin-chan loves his mother a lot. Misae gets emotional on reading it.
Un tifón llega a casa de los Nohara. Shin chan intenta recoger la ropa colgada, pero sale volando. Además, deja a su madre encerrada fuera de casa. Shin chan reta a los abusones de la clase de las rosas a un duelo. Sin embargo, Shin chan se acaba olvidando y deja a los dos abusones esperando. Shin chan aprende a escribir una carta y sale a enviar su carta y la de su madre. Cuando va a enviarlas, se encuentra con el cartero.
