In the first, presenter Charles Wheeler asks whyyoung people are proving reluctant to vote; black right-wing activist Star Parkertakes her controversial views on welfare and affirmative action back to the streets of south central Los Angeles; and Martin Bell visits a Marine Corps boot camp to find out what the cadets feel about their country's future foreign relations.
