Colonel Bleep arrives on Earth for a mission, with Squeak the puppet and Scratch the caveman as his deputies.
Colonel Bleep, Squeak, and Scratch want to have a home. Squeak had made a sketch of what he wants his house to look like. Colonel Bleep then builds the houses for Squeak, Scratch, and himself as well as his laboratory for experiments and research with the power of Futonic energy from the future. Then, Colonel Bleep takes Squeak and Scratch to Earth to see the Belgian Congo (the Democratic Republic of the Congo) to learn about it.
In Aqualand, Octo the Terrible steals the Frog Men's pearls which are hidden on the sea floor. Octo empties the pearls into Dr. Destructo's submarine. Then, Colonel Bleep, Squeak, and Scratch come to save the pearls. Dr. Destructo was about ready to kill Colonel Bleep by ramming his submarine into him, but, Scratch jumps on the missile and switches the direction that it is going towards Destructo's submarine. Dr. Destructo retreats and moves his submarine upwards. The Frog Men give 3 loud croaks gleefully for the trio having saved their precious pearls. Then, the trio fly out of Aqualand and go back to Zero Zero Island. - Seth Hamm
When Bleep and his space deputies visit Bleep's home planet, Futura, the wicked Black Knight of Pluto had followed them. He tries to kill Squeak and Scratch with any trick up the sleeve. But, his plan turns the other way around.
When Colonel Bleep plans to survey a fiery planet, Dr. Destructo tries to take advantage of their endeavor to defeat them.
The Black Knight of Pluto attempts to make Colonel Bleep an easier target with trickery.
Squeak, Bleep and Scratch go to the moon to search for Dr. Destructo.
