Being loud doesn't equate to being the best. The interns discover this after they are placed on teams to compete in various challenges. Some of the members are unhappy with the games while others are loud and boastful. Soon, natural leaders surface, partying is initiated and a budding romance clutter the interns' focus. But will their relationships and partying interfere with winning?
Midterm evaluation is hammered by hangovers, flirtations and hot headedness. The interns have identified the weak links among their teams but rather than dissolving the increasing tensions, tempers flare and projects fall through. Can the teams get it together before the deadline or will pride and flirtations continue to distract their paths?
The stakes are high for College Hill Interns! Their bickering, animated outbursts and tears testify to the pressures they are facing. Sulking and tantrums distract the teams as they push for the hottest, biggest club promotion. But some interns just want to party and before the night is over they will discover just how easy a team can fall apart. Will the emotional let down for one team instigate a brawl or will the losing team get over it?
You win some, you lose some. Yeah, there was some bullying, meanness and straight up blow outs, but the College Hill Interns must deal with the good, the bad and the ugly if they are to make it to midterms. But no controversy, defensiveness, or disappointments, can stop the interns when they are ready to party, again!
Mid-term evaluations have the College Hill Interns feeling anxious. The teams have had several exercises which have exposed their weaknesses and strengths. Can the interns accept the truth about themselves or will they see the criticism as unfair? Either way, the interns learn quickly to get it together or there will be no internship.
The weakest link must go. The College Hill Interns all agree who that person should be. But, it is Dr. Ian who will decide. Will it be character, poor judgment or simply flirtatious behavior that defines the weak link? Or, will the majority opinion rule?
What began as a birthday kiss turned into a major problem for one team. A key player can’t seem to concentrate and the romantic distraction could not have come at a worse time. Their next team assignment is due. With all the bickering and defensiveness and making out, whatever can go wrong does.
The College Hill Interns have grown together, cried together, made out together, and learned respect. As they prepare to leave, the interns have one last evening out before saying goodbye. But, will the words of wisdom from Dr. Ian provide the closure the interns will need to move on?
