Sergeant Cooper the Police Car and his partner Ryder the Helicopter are going after a car who calls himself Fog. After the chase, Fog and Cooper end up in an abandoned subway station. While inside the subway tunnel, Fog manages to catch up with his boss, Maddox Jett “Madjet” and then something strange happens...
