Madjet the Car and Fog the Van are two villains who have managed to successfully escape to the past, year 1903. Agent Powers and Howard choose Sergeant Cooper to catch them. In 1903, Madjet and Fog steal gold and drive around slowly, laughing at the 1903 police cars. Then Cooper shows up and a real chase begins. Madjet tells Fog their next stop is 1957. There they meet another villain. "Sergeant Cooper the Police Car - Time Officer (Real City Heroes)" This three-part series is about Sergeant Cooper the police car pursuing two villains, Fog and Madjet. What began as a routine pursuit is now impossible to believe. Madjet stole a time traveling device and sent himself and Fog to year 1903. Cooper, along with the help of agents, travels back in time to catch them. There's no place for villains to hide from the police, no matter where they are.
