CMFU学院各社团招募新生活动如火如荼，大一新生米妮因着迷《三个火枪手》加入CMFU击剑社。剑客大赛即将到来，社长楚卓然打算在击剑社开展一次内部选拔赛，为剑客大赛选拔参赛选手。米妮因为零基础被排除在外，却不气馁的找社长楚卓然要求公平参与选拔。无奈之下楚卓然决定给米妮一周时间亲自带她训练。而同市的云踪学院击剑社也闻风而来，不仅为了打探CMFU新招募的女剑手的实力，云踪学院击剑社社长连凯更是与CMFU击剑社社员阿翘有一段过节。本片通过展现CMFU学院击剑社备战剑客大赛和米妮作为零基础击剑手的成长路程，传递校园竞技的魅力，鼓励更多观众去了解击剑，热爱击剑运动。
