Dr. Ling ist auf der Suche nach einer Lok, die eine Reportage über die wiedereröffnete Brücke dreht. Weil alle Loks gleich Feuer und Flamme sind, entscheidet schließlich das Los und Wilson bekommt den Auftrag. Er macht sich gleich ans Werk und übt mit dem Kamera-Wagen. Doch dann bittet Sophie Wilson, eine Weile auf Leon und Lea aufzupassen, weil sie etwas Wichtiges erledigen muss. Wilson kann ihr den Gefallen natürlich nicht ausschlagen. Doch kaum hat er sich umgedreht, sind die beiden Racker samt Kamera-Wagen verschwunden. Zum Glück findet Wilson die Strolche gerade noch rechzeitig, um die Reportage drehen und pünktlich abliefern zu können. Sein Fernsehdebut ist ein grandioser Erfolg.
Border Bridge is re-opening and Wilson has been given the special job of using the new 'rolling reporter' car to make a live report, which will be broadcast on Vee's boards all over Chuggington. Wilson takes the car out to practise and comes across Calley training Hoot and Toot. When an emergency call comes in, Calley asks Wilson to look after the twins. They offer to help Wilson practise his report, but instead, they run off with the camera car and end up lost in the ice cave. Happily, the camera is transmitting, so using Vee's boards, Wilson is able to track them. He rescues them and the car and manages to get to the bridge just in time - and Rolling Reporter Wilson is on the air!
