Henry Brooke is a billionare playboy with an eye on the fearless style guru, Vivian Vadim. Catering to Vivian's kinks with his bottomless wallet, Henry instructs his bride-to-be to bring any number of people she wants aboard his ship, the Chromium Blue. With the help of the flambouyant stylist Popo, she is to do whatever it takes to help these people live out their erotic fantasies, and then report them in detail to him. Along for the ride are: Maria, Vivian's best friend and Henry's limo driver; Anastasia, an electro-cyber vixen; Sasha, the unlucky gigolo; Sir George, Henry's butler and surrogate father; and Owen, the ghost of George's dead lover who appears to few.
