コーチの深井京（小芝風花）と車いす陸上の練習を続けながらも、使命の重さに苦しむ森宮大志（奥野壮）。一方、なぜかグー（林カラス）の意思を理解できる清名理央（中村守里）は、彼がアラート星での大虐殺から逃れてきたことを知る。そこに、グーの能力を悪用しようとラルー（水野美紀）と怪獣ラゲルトが出現、京が捕まってしまう。父親の源（つるの剛士）と工場の仲間が作った高性能車いすに乗って、ガンディーンが出撃する！
Taishi Morimiya (So Okuno) suffers from the weight of his mission while continuing to practice wheelchair track and field with coach Kyo Fukai (Fuka Koshiba). On the other hand, Rio Seino (Mori Nakamura), who can understand the intention of Goo (Hayashi Karasu) for some reason, finds out that he has escaped from the massacre on the alert star.
