Brzy zjistí, že má síly všech tří sester a rozhodne se je použít k získání ledviny od kriminálníka, aby zachránil své sestře život. Piper wird von Doktor Williamson, der sie behandelt hatte, als sie am Oroya-Fieber erkrankt war, aufgefordert, sich erneut untersuchen zu lassen, damit er sichergehen kann, dass sie geheilt ist. Sein Argwohn ist begründet, denn Pipers Genesung war vom medizinischen Standpunkt aus unerklärlich. Sie ahnt nicht, dass Williamson seit Monaten ihr Blut untersucht, in der Hoffnung, daraus ein Serum entwickeln zu können, das gegen Oroya-Fieber immunisiert.

The doctor that treated Piper when she was critically ill discovers, and gains, the Haliwells' powers. After being twisted by the magic now within him, he goes on a sadistic organ-harvesting spree, targeting criminals in the streets.

Il dottor Wiliamson, che aveva studiato il caso di Piper (quando era stata malata per la febbre di Uroya, scopre il segreto delle sorelle iniettando il loro sangue nel corpo di tre scimmie che acquistano i rispettivi poteri, e a causa di una trasfusione di sangue, ottiene tutti i loro poteri anche lui. Lo scopo del dottore era quello di cercare di trovare un rimedio alla febbre di Uroya che Piper aveva sconfitto con tanta rapidità,eppure il dottore inizia a utilizzare i poteri nella maniera sbagliata. In seguito le tre sorelle provano a curarlo ma non ci riescono quindi non trovano altra soluzione tranne quella di ucciderlo anche se con questa decisione Piper non è d'accordo e si sente in colpa.

O médico que cuidou de Piper quando ela ficou entre a vida e a morte tenta descobrir o motivo na qual Piper se curou milagrosamente, e acidentalmente, numa transfusão de sangue ele consegue os poderes das Halliwell. Para curar sua irmã de uma doença, o médico usa os poderes das irmãs para pegar órgãos de vítimas inocentes. Então, Piper pede ajuda a Prue e Phoebe para elas impedirem que ele continue pegando órgãos de pessoas inocentes usando seus poderes. Enquanto isso, Prue fotografa um ator para acabar com algumas fofocas.

El doctor Williamson, el medico que trató a Piper cuado estuvo enferma, intenta encontrar una explicación racional a su recuperación, e inyecta sangre de las Halliwell a unos monos. Por accidente el médico se pincha con una jeringa que contenía la sangre de las hermanas, y desarrolla sus poderes. Esta situación lo lleva a la locura, y empieza a utilizar sus poderes para el mal.
