Pabrik tempe Jaya Baru berdiri. Yadi, Ojak dan Naryo ikut Helen berkerja di pabrik tempe, sendangkan Samsul, Ipeh dan Habel tetap di empang bersama Koh Afuk. Amei berkunjung ke pabrik tempe dan melihat Helen bahagia. Amei pun mulai melunak pada Koh Afuk.
Jaya Baru Tempe Factory is established. Yadi, Ojak and Naryo follow Helen to work at the tempe factory, while Samsul, Ipeh and Habel stay at the fishing pond with Koh Afuk. Amei visits the tempe factory and sees how happy Helen is. Her heart starts to soften for Koh Afuk.
