Just over three years ago, an outbreak of the Zika virus caused a crisis in Brazil: a dramatic increase in babies born with microcephaly. These babies are now young children facing a variety of medical problems and an uncertain future. But just as a sudden drop in the number of cases has calmed fears of the virus, health officials are on alert for another outbreak.
