They focus on maximizing the ocean views by designing a new floor plan for the kitchen, and adding a thin cable railing on the lanai to open up the view. The master suite also gets updated with a new bathroom, complete with pebble stone flooring in the shower and a custom-made frosted glass wall. When problems arise with the granite counters and the stove in the kitchen, it's a rush to the finish in order to complete the house in time for the broker's open.
