Vegans Mark and Simone believe that bringing their five children up on a plant-based diet not only makes them healthier but makes them take responsibility for the planet. They are up against Sophie and Phil - who believe that teaching their two children to be competitive prepares them for the working world - and Jen and Tom, who are teaching their kids about the great outdoors, including lighting fires and whittling sticks
