Sam Harvey, Superintendent at Scotland Yard, quits his job. From now on he only wants to indulge in his hobby, because he has already had great success with a children's book. In the future, writing will be his only source of income. But this does not occur. A brutal double murder hits him personally - his parents were murdered in a perfidious way.
