The guys chase the same girl named Jo, causing the band to fight. Meanwhile, James gets an allergic reaction to a body spray and Kelly (Tanya Chisholm) attempts to make him get an allergy shot, Gustavo gets a new personal helper named Freight Train, Katie has to write a report on her biggest hero and writes about Gustavo so she does not have to read anything, and Griffin wants a slow love song for the next song, but Gustavo cannot seem to figure out how to make the song work.

Kendall, James, Carlos y Logan quieren conocer a una chica que no este loca que sea de Carolina del Norte y en ese momento llega una chica nueva en Palm Woods llamada Jo y cada uno se pelea por ella, además James estornuda mucho por su alergia al polen y el doctor lo quiere ampoyetar, pero James se reúsa a hacerlo y debe hacerlo porque tienen que hacer una canción romántica y lenta. Mientras Katie tiene que hacer un reporte sobre la persona que más admira y eligió a Gustavo (porque si elige a Abraham Lincon tiene que escribir mucho). Al final todos se dan cuenta de que James es alérgico a su desodorante y cuando Kendall, Logan y Carlos le cantan una canción a la chica que resulta tener novio y Gustavo tiene la idea de hacer la canción.
