Kipper is looking after the school's toy elephant and wants to give him a really special day, if only he could think of something that Elephant hasn’t done before. But when Mrs Page’s plant sale is ruined by the wind and Gran is called in to help, Biff and Chip come up with a special idea fit for Elephant.
