As Vibhuthi is busy dreaming about a romantic moment with his neighbour Angoori, his wife sees him enjoying his sleep and assumes that he is dreaming about her. Later, Vibhuthi is forced to go out of the house to buy some milk and Vibhuthi is mesmerized by Angoori's beautiful voice. He is later introduced to Manmohan Tiwari's younger brother Laddoo who has the power to hear what one says in his mind. Meanwhile, Manmohan Tiwari wakes up and learns that there is no water in his house. Manmohan decides to go to Vibuthi's house to have his bath and decides to use this time to fulfil his desire of spending time with Vibuthi's wife Anita.
Angoori is shocked to learn that her husband has fractured his bone and will now have to stay at Anita Mishra's house for a few days. Later the doctor asks Manmohan Tiwari to pay the fees and Manmohan cleverly asks Vibhuthi to pay the fees from his pocket. As Vibhuthi steps out of Mishra's home, a man named Saxena by mistake comes in front of Angoori and hits her. He apologizes to her but just then Vibhuthi reaches the scene and slaps Saxena. Later, Saxena decides to once again apologizes to Angoori but he gets a current shock when he rings the door-bell. Vibhuthi sees Saxena leaving from Angoori's house and he himself goes to ask her about the matter. Learning that all is well he decides to lend his hand and help Angoori cook some food.
Saxena is adamant on having his revenge and wants to teach Vibhuthi a lesson. Later that night, Vibhuthi gets tired of Manmohan's loud snorings and decides to sleep on the sofa. Just then, Saxena climbs into the bedroom and starts beating Manmohan assuming him to be Vibhuthi. Next morning, Manmohan tries to escape from Vibhuthi's house due to the painful experience of the previous night, but Anita and Angoori do not let him get up and instead call the doctor. But, Anita angrily stares at Vibhuthi who is visually tensed by now. Later that night, Manmohan goes downstairs and asks Vibhuthi to sleep on the bed and he himself sleeps on the sofa. Later, Saxena arrives and reaches the bedroom and apologizes to Vibhuthi thinking that he is Manmohan and then goes downstairs towards the sofa and beats Manmohan assuming him to be Vibhuthi. By the time Manmohan takes the sheets off his face he finds Vibhuthi standing with a stick and starts shouting and accusing Vibhuthi of torturing him. Seeing her husband back on his feet, Angoori is extremely happy and thanks Vibhuthi for beating him and curing her husband. Anita dresses herself in order to get appreciated by by her husband but Vibhuti screams in shock when she notices a rat in the house. In order to prove himself brave, he takes a fork and throws at the rat but it ends up poking Manmohan instead. Meanwhile, in order to give herself a new look, Angoori decides to wear a lense on her eyes and her eyes immediately get a different color. She later excitedly shows her eyes to Manmohan who immediately shakes with fear as he believes that Angoori has turned into a 'naagin'. He later goes to Vibhuti and tells him about this new development but Vibhuti refuses to believe in such myths. Later he himself visits Angoori's house and is in for a shock.
Vibhuti reaches Angoori house but stays there with fear as he feels that she has turned into a 'naagin'. Meanwhile, Manmohan stays with Anita. Later, Vibhuti and Manmohan try to force each other to get bitten by Angoori in order to save her from her problem. But the fear that the person who will be bitten by her will himself turn into a snake, keeps the two of them away from making a sacrifice. Later they notice Saxena passing by and Manmohan lures him into his house. He then catches Saxena and orders Angoori to bite him but Angoori only gets confused. Later, Angoori calls up Manmohan's mother and tells her about what Manmohan has done and she asks her to pray to the 'naag devata' in order to cure Manmohan. Vibhuti later learns that Angoori is no 'naagin' and he also realises that Vibhuti is now believing her husband Manmohan to be a 'naag'.
Manmohan finally realizes that his wife is no 'naagin' and he starts to apologise to his wife who is by now very upset with her husband's behaviour. Just then a real snake appears in front of them and bites Manmohan. Just when Manmohan and others are under the assumption that Manmohan is on the verge of dying, Mr. Saxena reaches the scene and tells them that the snake is his pet and does not have any poison in it. Later, Vibhuti sees Angoori wearing a saree like always and he decides to gift her a different dress as he feels that Angoori's husband is too orthodox to do so himself. He asks a courier boy to give the gift that contains the dress, to Angoori. As fate would have it, Manmohan receives the courier and he assumes that Anita has sent a gift for him.
Manmohan is surprised when he learns that Anita has sent him a nightie as a gift and he decides to call up Anita and ask is she really wants him to wear it. After making several blank calls that are picked up by Vibhuti, Manmohan finally speaks to Anita. Assuming that Manmohan is referring to the tie gifted by her she asks him to wear the nightie and show it to everybody. Manmohan does as asked but when he is about to show the nightie to Anita he by mistake reveals his new outfit to Vibhuti who is stunned seeing Manmohan in a nightie. Later, Saxena enters the house and sees Manmohan wearing a nightie. Manmohan somehow manages to drive Saxena out of the house but Saxena gets ready to create some real trouble for Manmohan.
Anita, Vibhuti and punditji enter Manmohan's house and see him wearing a nightie. Manmohan understands the confusion and realizes that Anita was talking about a tie that was sent to him as a gift. But later, when the real gift arrives, it turns out to be a sandal that was sent by Vibhuti and not a tie. Later, Vibhuti comes to Manmohan's house expecting Manmohan to be away but he ends up asking for a bowl of sugar.
