バトルブレーダーズに参加できなかった少年・角谷正宗。は王者になった銀河を倒すべく大会に乱入する。その一方で、ペガシスを失った銀河は元気を失い、父親の流星は銀河にある伝説を語り始める。
Ryo, Gingka’s father, acts as Director of the new WBBA but the first tournament is disrupted by a blader named Masamune. Gingka meanwhile is on a quest to replace Storm Pegasus with a Legendary Bey sealed in the mountains near Koma Village.
Ein junger Mann namens Masamune kehrt nach Japan zurück, entschlossen Gingka und seinen Freunden zu beweisen, dass er der wahre WBBA Champion sein sollte. Inzwischen versucht Gingka einen Weg zu finden, seinen Freund Pegasus zurückzubekommen.
Après que Gingka a perdu son Storm Pegasus, Ryo parle d'une toupie ayant servie de modèle à sa construction, Galaxy Pegasus. Avec Hyoma, Madoka, Kenta et Hokuto, Gingka part à sa recherche. Hokuto leur dit qu'elle est dans une pierre. Après de nombreuses épreuves, Gingka obtient Galaxy Pegasus, car elle l'aurait choisie. Pendant ce temps Yu et Tsubasa sont en finale d'un tournoi organisé par l'AMBB quand un inconnu du nom de Masamune Kadoya interrompt le match. Il prétend être le blader n°1. Il combat contre Yu avec sa toupie Ray Striker et le bat. Il cherche Gingka pour le combattre. Ne le trouvant pas, il quitte le stadium et va à la montagne où Gingka se trouve et le défie.
